In their words
155 customers, and counting.
Every one of these is from somebody who ordered nametags. Nothing is edited beyond the odd typo, and nothing is here that the customer did not agree to.
A few words from our customers
We love them! They are professional and comfortable to wear. Great job!
Very pleased with the outcome. My boss was impressed with the quality of the end product. Definitely will recommend and will be a future customer.
The name tags are perfect! I really appreciate you taking the time to do a couple revisions. The process was quick and easy and the product is perfect! Thanks again.
I would like to express how pleased we were with the service and the quality of the name badges we ordered from Nametag Ninja. Our order was processed quickly and we received our badges within a week. The badges are high quality and the magnets work great. Word of caution, the magnetic version is not good for anyone with a heart implant or device. Pin version worked fine too. The Nametag Ninja company responded with samples so we could preview our order, and they were very accommodating when I asked for a color and font change. I would highly recommend Nametag Ninja for anyone looking for name tags, as this is one reliable and outstanding company to do business with. We have already placed two orders with this company and are planning our third order because of the quality and wonderful customer service. I would give Nametag Ninja Five Stars!!!!
We love them! They are professional and comfortable to wear. Great job!
Received the name tag a day earlier than tracking indicated. Extremely happy with the quality of work and speed of delivery. I ordered the magnet fastener and was worried if it would be strong enough to hold steadily through a suit jacket. After opening and testing I was surprised at how strong the magnet was. It definitely spares me from poking holes in my shirt or jacket. Great item and I look forward to ordering from Nametag Ninja again.
You are AMAZING! Thanks so much for the incredibly fast service!!!
My experience with Nametag Ninja was nothing short of outstanding. The online system is user friendly, the product selection and add on selections are excellent, service and shipping outstanding. The final product not only met our expectations, it exceeded them. All of our future name tag purchases will be from Nametag Ninja.
Very pleased with the outcome. My boss was impressed with the quality of the end product. Definitely will recommend and will be a future customer.
The name tags are perfect! I really appreciate you taking the time to do a couple revisions. The process was quick and easy and the product is perfect! Thanks again.
Exceptional service and fast turn around. Exceeded our expectations.
Hi there, I am happy to leave a testimonial: I know how important that is to success. Nametag Ninja is an awesome vendor. They are easily approachable; friendly yet professional. They are highly responsive to inquiries. I loved the design of my magnetic tag, using my logo. I was especially thrilled that they offer tags in white, not just sliver or gold tone. Thank you, Nametag Ninja for helping me stand out in a crowd.
Thanks for the good communication, the speedy delivery, and the quality product! We would definitely work with you again.
Great work and fast shipping! Will definitely order again in the future!
You guys were awesome! So helpful as we changed a couple of things, and so quick in receiving our order!
Ninjas – You guys are amazing. I love the final product. I foresee us ordering more. Incredible quality, service and response. Outstanding. All the best…
The name tags are excellent. Your team did a great job. The entire process was so easy. I was concerned at first because I had never ordered this type of product before. There was no need to worry. I will recommend Nametag Ninja highly and will definitely use you again. Thank you so very much.
Thank you Nametag Ninja! Our order was easy to place, arrived quickly, and our nametags look great! Will order again for sure.
Derek was very helpful and I received my order quickly, despite the hurricane. My new name tag looks great. I can't wait to start wearing it when I perform my improv poetry at weddings and events. The name tag will add a professional touch to my classic Victorian dress or steampunk costume.
Thank you for the name tag! I'm am impressed at the quality of the material. The look and feel is extremely professional. Just what I was looking for! The customer service is outstanding as well. Looking forward to my next order
Good morning, The name tags were received in excellent condition and were better quality than anticipated. The approval process of the artwork was simple and you were all very responsive. I will definitely recommend your products to others and use them again in the future. Thanks,
Omg, The name tag turned out better than I expected! I purchased a name tag as part of a costume and it was beautifully done. Everyone that saw it love it! The price was good and getting it made and delivered was a good turn around time! You guys are great! I will definitely recommend you and use you every time I need something! Thanks Nametag Ninja ?
Thanks, Nametag Ninja! You came through for me not once, but twice. My nametags are perfect - exactly what I wanted - and were less expensive than competitors. I am so pleased! I will definitely contact you again with any production needs, and I will be recommending you every chance I get.
Thank you again for such an easy experience! You guys rock!
Thank you so much. We will always send future orders your way. We appreciate your remarkable customer service!
Thank you, the nametag is beautiful, affordable, and arrived quite quickly!!!
I loved my order - just what I wanted. Great customer service from this business- they replied to email right away and I got my product in just a few days. I will definitely use this company in the future.
Thank you for our nametags! They came out fabulous! (aside from the name misspelling on one, which was my fault). We will absolutely be recommending you to our colleagues.
We received the replacement name tags that you shipped to us, they are superb, and our crew really love them. I must say I was surprised that you decided to replace all the four of them, that is really kind of you. Thank you.
Painless ordering + flawless product + crazy fast delivery = unbeatable value! Proud to see this Air Force vet-owned company aiming for the stars (apologies for the pun)...!
The name tags are excellent! The design the Nametag Ninja created was better than my initial idea. The turnaround was great, as well. I received my order the same week that I placed it.
Your service was easy to use. The process of approving the text worked well. Delivery of the nametag was quick! I ordered a Jr. Realtor nametag for my grandson who sometimes has to tag along with me on showings. He loves it!
I know it was an automated email, but I like that you included your name on it. I am 100% happy with my order and the product, it was better than I expected and the prompt turnaround and consistent communication on where my order was at was excellent. The whole process from start to delivery was easy and I am glad I picked Nametag Ninja for my order. I also appreciated the extras in the shipping- the velvet carrier bag, the Nametag Ninja card- all nice and smart inclusions. Thank you for your service- seeing that this business is veteran owned and run influenced my decision to use your business. Thank you again for delivering exactly what I expected promptly and with great communication, I will definitely be sharing your information with others! Phil
I don't have a facebook account, but I was very pleased with the quality & the look of the name tag as well as the free shipping.
The name tags look Great very elegant. They are perfect! Also it was a great price. Thank you so much!
I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new nametag! Your team was quick to respond with a layout – quicker to respond with updates – and I love the final result! The quality of the nametag is superb! Thank you so much for a great product and a great team!
Your service was great. It was easy for me to order the name tags, and despite the fact you are moving locations, you processed my order ASAP. The ordering processing is easy, the quality of the name tags is great, and the free shipping was super-fast. You are our designated nametag provider, and we will continue to order from you whenever we need more.
Thanks Derek, everything looks great! You guys made this easy for us and we are happy with the result.
We are so happy with our order experience and the name tags themselves. Super fast, transparent process, great price, and exactly what we asked for. We will definitely be using Nametag Ninja for future orders. Thank you so much!
I am blown away with the fact you can get a small order out so quickly-will be happy to make referrals!
Thanks so much for the nametags! We love them and appreciate all of your help! I just wanted to let you all know what a great job you did!
The name tags have been received, and I am very satisfied with the ones produced by Nametag Ninja. I think name tags are a simple yet effective way to build credibility and trust in the salesforce, and I appreciate the quality associated with ones produced by your company. The online form was easy to use, the order was processed efficiently, and the timely communications are all noticed and appreciated. Thank you so much.
Name tag was perfect and arrived very quickly! I highly recommend you. Thanks!
Great quality and super fast service. I plan to order more name tags soon.
Very satisfied with the product. Owner was very impressed and very pleased. Thanks so much for your prompt service and wanting to immediately replace upon wrong delivery. Utmost of customer service!
The communication from the beginning with Nametag Ninja was exquisite. We were provided more than the advertised proofs to make sure the product was exactly what we wanted. Delivery was very fast and the final product was perfect. I would definitely recommend Nametag Ninja and look forward to using them again!
Thanks for the nametags, awesome design and quick delivery. We would absolutely recommend your business to anyone looking for high quality custom nametags.
The product was exactly what I was hoping for, and the staff and other director love the product. I found the turnaround time astounding. It felt like I had the nametags in hand the day I ordered. I’ll certainly be turning to you for nametags in the future. You’ve got a great business going on and I’m glad I found you. Thanks.
We received our new name tags and are delighted with the product. It was easy to order and the tags came in very soon after ordering. We were amazed at how quickly the order came in. Love your product. We will be back for more!
I am happy with the product we received from Nametag Ninja. It would have been more reassuring to proof both name tags instead of one, but your email explained that proofing one is the norm. If my order had been for a much larger quantity I would have wanted to proof all of the name tags. Great turn-around, great price, name tags look great. Perfect.
Thanks! Ordering was easy, approval process was fast and the nametags arrived lickety split!
Thanks again for the ninja fast processing and great service. The beautiful name tags arrived quickly and it was very easy to order! I will definitely use your company again for my next order and will recommend your services to my co workers and friends 🙂
Your team did EXCELLENT!! 1. A+++ for responsiveness 2. A+++ for comunication 3. A+++ for 100% on time delviery 4. A+++ for quality and attention to details ...rare in the industry of online custom build orders
I wanted to thank you for the name tags. It was a seamless process and I appreciate your help in getting them done. They look great, we are very please with them.
They were f*cking amazing, thank you so much 🙂 (Or really sweet whatever is appropriate for public reading)
Love my name tag, thank you! I’ve been procrastinating getting a one for several years now, thinking it was going to be a project. Your process was quick and easy. Can’t wait to go networking so I can wear it!
I recently ordered white metal name tags from Nametag Ninja and I could not be happier. I was very happy with the printing of my custom logo, including color reproduction. I also thought the name tag design was sturdy and eye appealing. You guys "blew me away" with how fast you processed my order--order submission, proof check and shipping confirmation all happening during the same World Series game! Order received 4 days later and no set up fee! As my company expands, I will definitely order more name tags from you guys!
LOVE the name tags. So great how they came so quickly and with individual bags to keep them in. Will definitely order from Nametag Ninja again. Thank you!
What a quality nametag! I am beyond impressed. The process was very fast, too. I had my branded nametag in less than a week. I needed an affordable option that would meet my tight deadline and Nametag Ninja exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending that we get all of our organization's nametags from here.
We got our name tags yesterday. They look great and very professional. Thank you.
We are very pleased with the new nametags and would recommend you to other organizations. You are prompt and the materials are very professional looking.
They look amazing! We were very impressed with how they turned out. Exactly what we wanted. Thanks for being amazing!
Thanks, you guys are the bomb! I tell everyone I meet to use you guys.
LOVE the name tags-- it was simple to order, fast processing, and I received excellent communication and customer service. I will definitely be reordering. Thank you!
I ordered a silver metal nametag last week. The ordering process was easy and I got to review a proof before they made it. The nametag is perfect. I will definitely use Nametag Ninja again.
We were impressed with Nametag Ninja with our recent order. The process was quick and simple. We will definitely be using them again. THANKS NAMETAG NINJA!
Thank you Derek. They arrived in great packaging and they look awesome! Over all, I'm very happy with your top quality aluminum name tag and with your fast and great customer service!
Thank you so much for your wonderful service!! I really appreciate your speedy response and delivery. The nametag is great and so is the quality!!!
Thank you so much. The name tag turned out perfect and the turnaround was very quick. Thanks Again.
I really like the nametag! The magnetic hold is quite strong! And the size (1”x3”) is easy to read while not being too big. And, it works on my lapel with no problem at all! I’ve showed it to my colleagues – I expect we will be buying many nametags for our full team in the near future. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the AMAZING name tag! I had chosen a different company at first, but they kept emailing me and telling me to send my logo in a different format. It wasted a LOT of my time and no matter what format I sent to them, they seemed unable to work with it. I sent Nametag Ninja the exact same format and logo, and within days an amazing product was delivered to my door! You were easy to work with, efficient, professional, timely, and produced a great name tag. Thank you!
I was happy to receive the nametag so quickly. It is for my friend who just received her doctorate. She needed the nametag for an event today (Saturday). So I'm thrilled it came in time. Everything was spelled correctly, evenly spaced and the color I ordered. Thank you so much for such a professional nametag and professional service.
We absolutely love our name tags! Quality work! Thank you so much!
Name Tag Ninja did a fantastic job on our name tags. I own an Interior Design Group and of course like any business image is everything! The quality came out perfect and my husband was in the military so we love showing our support. We would highly recommend them and the shipping was really fast! A+
We received the nametags yesterday and we are very happy with the final result. We appreciate your service.
They look great! Will be ordering more in the future for other staffers!
The name tag came in the mail yesterday and it looks amazing thanks so much! *Ninja Note*: William is only 15, but started Hygiene Kits for the Homeless to help out the less fortunate in his area, so we donated a tag to his organization to help him look even more professional.
Thank you!! The service I received dealing with your company was absolutely amazing!! I appreciate your prompt reply and super fast shipping!! You also have the best prices around and quality products!! You will definitely be my go to website for future orders! Thank you again!
Nametag Ninja is the best! The ordering process is a breeze, shipping is FREE and the nametags are high quality. Need nametags? Trust the ninjas. You won't be sorry.
Just received the nametags. They look great - we are so happy with them!! Thanks for turning these around so quickly.
I am more than satisfied with your service. Your service, products and attention to detail (such as the little pouches to keep the name tags in good shape) are awesome, and I highly recommend you. It was your name that caught my eye when searching online, and I am very glad that I did. ... to the extreme that I am trying to find other uses so I can order more name tags from you!! Thank you and I wish you lots of continued success.
I was very pleased with your services! I submitted my request Sunday night and received a proof early the next day! I was provided with 2 proofs, choose one and received the product 2 days later! Super awesome!!
We just received our name tags and they look great! The quality is exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this company for the following reasons: - VERY easy and QUICk to order. The entire process from start to receiving the name tags was less than a week. - No minimum for ordering - Price is competitive - Great customer service I was not looking forward to the process of ordering new name tags, but I stumbled on your website and had a great experience. I am looking forward to being able to easily order in the future.
It was perfect! Thank you so much for your service and personal attention to me as a customer!
I am 200% satisfied with my name tag and will likely be ordering another one sometime soon! Your customer service was phenomenal and the product itself is very high quality. Plus, I love that you are a Veteran Owned Business and I try to support VOBs as much as possible. Thanks for the great experience!
I wanted to thank you. The name tags look great and are hit.
Although I don't own a business, I was looking for a nametag for a costume I was putting together. Nametag Ninja was very fast, as they shipped the badge a few hours after I placed my order. It was very affordable, and it looks very professional. I highly recommend their services, and I'll definitely be ordering more badges when I make another costume.
The nametags looks amazing.I love them!! Thank you so much for keeping me updated throughout the process. I will definitely refer you to the 2000+ students that might require nametags for their Entrepreneurship Business'. I look forward using your service in the near future. One thing i regret is i should off ordered more fro the rest of my group.
The name tag looks great, thank you so much. I appreciate all your help and I have your card. If we order more for the office, I’ll be sure to contact you.
1. Easy to use web site for ordering 2. EXCELLENT communications once order was place. 3. Nametag came in timely fashion. 4. Loved the little black bag the badge was in. Nice touch. WE WILL order from you again. Good idea to put your sticker on back for easy re-order.
Our nametags look wonderful, we can’t wait to use them at our next event!
The name tags are great! I was extremely impressed with the fast service and your willingness to play around with a few different layouts. The shipping was very fast and the quality of the name tags is great. They look very professional and you were able to match the colors very well. I would definitely use Nametag Ninja in the future and recommend it to others.
The name tags look phenomenal! Thank you so much for producing such a great product and getting it to us so quickly. We are excited to wear them at our next workshop!
Awesome production on the nametag man. Easy, perfect outcome – you definitely live up to the Ninja name! Very much appreciate it.
Thanks for the prompt service and your ability to make the adjustments for me. The nametags are very nice. I would certainly use you again. In fact, I am thinking of proposing nametags to a group I am part of since we now use printed paper in a neck pouch or clip.
Got my nametag yesterday and I love it! It’s da bomb baby! Your site is so easy to use and your responsiveness is off the charts awesome. I do a ton of networking and, because I refuse to use those tacky, glue-ridden nametags most events provide (I am a stylist after all!), I was fashioning my own nametag using my business card and a magnet. My new Ninja Nametag is so much more professional looking. I have no doubt I will be referring lots of my networking friends to you. Once they see my new nametag they will definitely be wanting their own. I’ll probably be buying myself several more (one in each color!).
GREAT service and LOVE my name tag! Wore it today at an expo and felt fancy as hell!
Just got my name tags. Amazing! Great quality quick shipping!
Great service! I received the product quickly and loved the final product. I would definitely use them again!!
Thank you for the very quick turn around – the name tags look great. Thanks again!
You are awesome!!! I really appreciate the speedy work!
I just received the name tags and they look great.
Nametagninga SAVED THE DAY!! If you need a FAST and PROFESSIONAL name tag with your own logo, you have found the right place!!!!!!!!! Thanks.
Great customer service and quick turnaround. Wish they offered more than just name tags!
When it comes to Nametag Ninja, I can't say enough. I worked directly with Derek and he went above and beyond what I was asking of him. Not only was I impressed with the customer service, I was extremely impressed by their product. Excellent customer service. Excellent price. Excellent product. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend Nametag Ninja!
Loved my Nametag Ninja nametag. Responsive customer service and designed exactly what my coworkers and I wanted. Highly recommend them.
I needed nametags fast and Nametag Ninja Kung Fu'd up some absolutely perfect tags with my rather complicated company logo crisp and sharp, and about as fast as ever possible. He emailed proofs with several designs, I picked one, and it shipped the next day. That's about as best a transaction as could ever be. There is NO WAY this could have gone better and the price was totally fair! Top notch company!!
Thanks, Nametag Ninja for our awesome nametags! The processing time was fantastic, especially being right around Christmas! Awesome customer service and great looking product. Looking forward to doing business with you again!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. At every step of the transaction, Nametag Ninja's customer service exceeded my expectations... which isn't easy to do! Excited to have a vendor for the future!
Fantastic service quick turnaround and top-notch product. Anyone looking for nametags I would highly suggest using this company. Well done my friend look forward to having more business with you soon
I have worked with a lot of suppliers in my business before but Nametag Ninja has given me the best customer service ever! Fast responses to my numerous questions and the products came faster than I ever expected! Awesome !
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Nametag Ninja. We received several design options, picked our design and the nametags were shipped the very next day! We are so happy with the way our nametags look. They are high quality and look professional. Thank you Nametag Ninja!
I don't usually write reviews... but Nametag Ninja is just too good. I had a minor issue on an order and Nametag best over backwards to deliver. You almost never see customer service like that these days. I am so impressed with these guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! *Ninja Note*: Lindsay had an issue with a color being too light on her nametags. Even though we don't offer color matching or any guarantee of the color, we re-made her order since it was difficult to read part of it due to the color in her logo.
I can't overstate my satisfaction with Nametag Ninja! I found five or six other companies online, but every one of the had some kind of catch that made me keep looking for another option. It was either the setup fee, minimum order, or a delivery charge. As the owner of a small business, I just needed one name tag and didn't want to spend too much for it. Then I found Nametag Ninja and was pleased to finally have an affordable option. I uploaded my Logo, typed my name in the box and clicked the submit button. I didn't expect much for the price and figured I'd be happy with whatever I got. To my surprise, I got a personal email from Derek with three design options. I selected my favorite and he shipped it out the next day. I just got it yesterday and I have to say I'm impressed with the quality. Great product, excellent service, speedy shipment, and unbelievable value. It doesn't get better than this!
Ordered one day, got my proof the next morning. Was happy with it. My order showed up 2 days later and the name tags were exactly what I was expecting. I got both silver and gold name tags with the protective material added. I would recommend it, I think it's the only way to make sure the name tags keep looking nice for a long time. Great service, prompt delivery, great product.
Great service! Derek was responsive, followed up with us after our initial inquiry, provided artwork proofing, and got our order shipped out fast. I even made a mistake on one of the tags spelling, and he quickly made me a new one to replace it. I will be recommending them to everyone that needs a nametag and using them for all my own nametag needs in the future. Thanks guys!
I must say that this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with! The turn around time was less than one day, the finished nametag was EXACTLY like I wanted, and I even got personal delivery, as I live close by. These will look super on our black catering aprons! I would highly recommend Nametag Ninja to anyone looking for quality nametags. Thank you so much Nametag Ninja!
You really are the Nametag Ninja! Not only is my nametag is awesome, but it arrived super fast! I ordered late on a Saturday night and received it on Tuesday! Thank you!
I needed a quick turnaround on a nametag for my wife's business, and Nametag Ninja came through with flying colors. The quality was superb and we were extremely satisfied. I have more nametag needs soon, and I will be using them exclusively from now on. Nametag Ninja gave us great service and lightning-fast service. We will never use another nametag service.
This was my second order with Nametag Ninja, and it was perfect just as the first one was. I needed it back within a specific period of time and got it back with time to spare. *Ninja Note*: Scott was kind enough to describe his experience ordering from us on his web site and podcast as well. Click on "the Computer Tutor" to see it.
Just received my new nametags from Nametag Ninja. This is the second time I have ordered from this fantastic company. I was changing my business up a bit, so it became necessary for me to get new business cards, nametags, etc. Loved the way these nametags turned out. This time I added the tag armor and I love the way it looks with the extra shine. Once again, the quality is great, and the customer service is superior! Really fast turn around time and quick delivery. If you need nametags, this is the company to work with. Thanks again Derek, for a great customer experience!
Thank you for the quick turnaround for the Openbay nametags in advance of the LA Auto Show's Connected Car Expo. We loved our nametags and your mockups were perfect the first time around, making the order a quick and easy one. Would definitely order through Nametag Ninjas again!
The name tags came out beautiful!! We love them! Really appreciated the proof before to make sure they looked just how we wanted them. High quality work at a great price! Would for sure recommend to our colleagues. Thank you so much!
I received my nametag and it is perfect in every way. Have a great day!
This is the first time I worked with your company. The process was easy and the turnaround time was amazing. I submitted my order in the morning and it was in the mail to us the same day! I am very pleased with the company and the product.
The tag looks great! Thanks for the quick work.
Thanks so much for knocking this out for us! We were in a bind and I'm very glad we found your website and you were able to help. Will definitely keep Nametag Ninja in mind for any other name tag orders we might have in the future.
They turned out great, thank you!
Beautiful job, turned out better than I imagined! Thank you!
We had a very good experience with Nametag Ninja - the product arrived very quickly after ordering and we loved that Derek provided us with several proofs to choose from before printing. Will recommend, thanks!
We are very happy with our nametags! We look forward to using them at our next community event. Derek and the Ninja team were extremely accommodating during the order process and we appreciate the courtesies extended to us. Thank you for your help!
You ROCK!
We got our new name tags and love them!
We have received our Nametags they are awesome. Thanks alot.
We loved the tags! Thanks for your prompt service.
We did receive the package. I want to thank you for your excellent customer service, product and assistance. It is hard to come by such professionalism today. We will certainly use Nametag Ninja for future orders. Thank you. *Ninja Note*: We were down for a sick day, but Daniel needed his order by a certain date and was initially worried about the delay. We upgraded his order to Priority Mail shipping and he got it in time for his event.
The nametags look great! Thanks so much for your service and for providing an easy-to-use website, great customer service, quick turn around, and affordable, quality nametags! I looked at a lot of big name companies before finding your website and they made the process difficult and expensive. Plus, I’m from Fort Collins, so I’m happy to support a Colorado small-business even from DC. I’ll be recommending you to my colleagues – thank you!
When I received my name tag this morning I was very impressed; the name tag looks great! It was easy to order, I got it very quickly and it was a great value. Even the presentation with the little storage pouch was cool J Rock on.
Lifesaver. This is great customer service. I’ll definitely recommend you guys in the future. *Ninja Note*: Michael needed a "Jake from State Farm" nametag for his Halloween costume, we got it to him in time for the holiday.
I received my order yesterday. It was exactly what I had hoped for and the turnaround time was VERY fast! Thank you.
Hey Derek! Perfect timing! 5 minutes ago I looked at my new nametag and realized that it said "Principal Broken" instead of Principal Broker. The funny thing is, I broke my foot last week and am in a cast to my knee. Thus, the "Broken" joke. [...] I do appreciate so much your quick turn around for my order! And the tags look great! *Ninja Note*: We made a typo on Marcia's nametag. We immediately sent her a replacement, as well as a second one that still said Principal Broken, but we added a picture of a leg in a cast to the tag for her.
Great job on both of our nametag orders for Shumaker Tech Group. I am impressed with the quality (especially for the price). After researching several vendors, we selected you because of the affordability of adding one additional nametag as we add employees. It just doesn't make sense to order from someplace that would force us to order 5+ at a time. Production and shipping were lightning fast and you were great about getting back to me on the issues with our initial design. I will gladly do business with you again as we grow and add new people to our company.
I wanted to thank you for our ushering name tags! They turned out awesome. As soon as I send in the details for the name badges, someone immediately replied with a couple of different options for the coloring of the letters. I felt like I was working with someone one on one instead of a faceless, nameless company. The pricing was fair and the product is fantastic. My students in our honor society love the badges and will be most definitely excited to use them as ushers for our school’s music concerts. Also, being a veteran owned business wins major points with me and our community. Thank you for your service to our country. I will be recommending Nametag Ninja to anyone I know looking for nametags.
Thank you Nametag Ninja! I haven't had the best of luck with other nametag vendors in the past, but you guys rocked it! Super fast turnaround time, free shipping and great product! You're my go-to nametag vendor from now on!
Nametag arrived timely and looks great. Thanks.
Thank you so much for providing us with a flawless transaction. The name tags turned out great and shipping was definitely quick like a ninja! Thanks!
The custom tags have arrived, and they look fantastic!! Thank you very much.
I just got my name tag in the mail! WOW, it is so Perfect! Thank you! I will be sharing! Fast, responsive, and beautiful!
Thank you so much for the beautiful name tags. All of my co-workers were very impressed with quality of the name tags and they loved the idea that each came with its own pajama! Your company stands out from all the rest, because you have no hidden fees and customers are aware of the exact pricing up front. From the time we reached out to you regarding our initial questions up until right before placing the order, you answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. We were so delighted that once we placed our order, we received the nametags within 1-2 days and you exceeded our expectations! Thanks again Nametag Ninja!
Thanks for the email. I haven't received them yet but perhaps they will be in my mail tomorrow. I saw the shipping notice on it and was impressed you turned them around so quickly. Thanks for trying to get them to us timely. I have no doubt you all did all you could as far as speed so no worries here. Just appreciate the attempt to meet our timeline. Thank you for your service and especially, and perhaps more importantly, your follow up on your business customers. You've proven to me no matter how small the order you're concerned for your customers satisfaction. *Ninja Note*: Jeff had a short deadline that he needed his tags by, we shipped it out quickly via Express Mail, but it got hung up at a postal sorting center and was a little delayed. We refunded his Express shipping fee and he eventually received the tags.
Hello Derek, thank you so much for your kindness. I actually finally got the name tag today. It is kind of late but thanks for your help and caring. *Ninja Note*: Magy's nametag was delayed in the mail so we sent her a second order in the hopes that it would beat the first one.
I just got the Nametag today and I am very happy with the result! Thank you so much again for such an excellent product. I also did a review on the product for my YouTube channel, spreading the news on your business. I have some received positive reviews already from friends and family. Definitely worth every penny.
You guys did a great job! Very impressive name tags for our organization. Thank you.
I received my name-tag today and I can not express how happy I am with the results. Not only the quality of the print exceptional but the metallic name-tag itself feels of Superior quality. Also, the magnets are strong and so there is not a chance of losing the name-tag even while wearing it on thick suits. Great job! I will place more orders today!
Hey Derek, the pins came out GREAT! Thank you for your time and business! Will definitely order in the future and tell my fellow classmates about you!!!
Best service I’ve ever seen from a company I’ve found online. Thanks for everything, definitely going in our saved vendors list.
Awesome Job!!! WE LOVE THEM!!! Definetly will be our office's GO-TO for any future orders. BIG SMILES AT THIS DENTIST OFFICE.
