Matte Plastic Nametag

Ninjas don’t wear nametags (that whole sneaky assassin thing), but if they did, they’d wear our matte white plastic name badges. Much like a ninja’s accessories of throwing stars and grappling hooks, our name tags come with optional features to protect your purchase like tag armor to prevent scratches, and a choice of pin or magnet fastener.

    Our manufacturing process, materials, and the laws of physics limit us from perfectly matching colors in your artwork to existing printed items you may have, Pantone color swatches, or the color you see on your screen.

    We'll do our best and colors will be very close (see our portfolio for examples) but please acknowledge that Nametag Ninja will not remake or refund orders due to slight color differences.

Plastic nametags

Plastic name badges are a great way to increase the professionalism of your appearance, identify yourself to new customers, and instill an extra level of trust in your business in the critical first seven seconds you have to make a positive first impression.

Nametag Ninja’s plastic tags are made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) that is thick and extremely durable. Various upgrades and accessories are available to customize the name tag to best fit your lifestyle and business.

Size

Available in 1.5″ x 3″ and 1″ x 3″ only, as they are pre-cut by the manufacturer.

Color

Our plastic nametags are only available in white (though they can be printed with any color) and they have a matte or non-glossy appearance.

Fastener

The fastener you choose will depend on the type of clothes you wear, the type of work you do, and your budget.

Pin fasteners are included as the standard option for all of our name badges, and are a standard safety pin-type fastener that pokes through your clothes and fastens securely. These are great for people that are active, such as lifting boxes throughout the day, as they are more securely attached to your clothing. They may not be the best option for those that wear delicate clothes, as you do have to poke a small hole in order to fasten them to your clothing.

Magnet fasteners are available for a small extra price, and are great for those that don’t want to damage their clothing with a pin fastener. One side of a magnet is attached to the back of the nametag, and the other half is worn inside your clothing, effectively securing the badge by pinching your clothing between the halves of the magnet. The magnets do add some weight to the tag, which could cause it to pull light clothing such as a thin silk blouse. Magnet fasteners also may not be best for those with active jobs, as they could be knocked off if bumped enough to overcome the magnetic force.

Tag Armor

Tag Armor is a clear, domed protective coating that is available as an option on our nametags to protect them from scratches and other damage. Even if you sit in an office all day, Tag Armor provides extra shine and gloss, and makes for an eye-catching name badge.

Note: If you are an actual ninja, Tag Armor will not protect against shurikens, katana blades, bullets, or daggers.

Tag Pajamas (satin bag)

Your nametag deserves to be comfortable. Tag Pajamas protect your name tag from scratches or damage when not being worn and are an option during checkout.
